Dig Into Gardening: Cook Along Program

This week we're digging into gardening and you're in for a real treat! Our featured program this week is a Cook Along with Me video featuring Mary Liz Wright of the U of I Extension.

Join us for a fun, tasty, healthy treat! Video will be post to the library's Facebook page and website at 2 pm on Tuesday, June 30th but you can view it anytime.

To make this fun, tasty recipe, you'll need:

pancake mix (just add water),

a zucchini,

a carrot,

brown sugar (optional),

vanilla,

pumpkin pie spice,

some sort of topping (syrup, nut butter, applesauce)

You'll also need a medium sized bowl and a skillet.
