Marshall Public Library Serves those with Disabilities March is Disability Awareness Month, but Marshall Public Library serves people with disabilities and limited library access all year long. After all, the library is for everyone! The library strives to serve those who enjoy reading and using library materials but because of illness or disability might not be able to come to the library to make their selections. |
